Decreto 2016 de 1992 · por el cual se dictan normas sobre las entidades sometidas a la inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia de Valores.

° Régimen de constitución. En la constitución de las entidades sometidas a la inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia de Valores se aplicará ante dicha entidad, el procedimiento previsto por los artículos 1.1.2.0.3 y siguientes del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio del cumplimiento de los requisitos específicos exigidos para su inscripción en el Registro Nacional de Intermediarios de Valores.

Parágrafo

Lo dispuesto en este artículo no se aplicará a los fondos mutuos de inversión.
