El Vicerrector es el llamado a llenar toda falta accidental del Rector; a hacerlas veces de éste durante su ausencia, y a secundarlo en el mantenimiento del orden y de la disciplina; cuidará de que se cumplan el Reglamento y las disposiciones que dicte el Rector, y bajo su inmediata vigilancia funcionarán todos los demás empleados subalternos de la Escuela.
