Los funcionarios encargados de la expedición de guías de degüello o de autorización para exportación de ganado, que incumplieren las normas de que tratan los artículos anteriores, serán sancionados con multas de $ 5.000 a $ 100.000.00, según la gravedad de la falta, que impondrán los administradores de Impuestos Nacionales mediante resolución motivada.
