Fórmula Para El Cálculo De Los Sólidos No Grasos

Fórmula para el cálculo de los sólidos no grasos. Para el cálculo del extracto seco desengrasado cuando se obtenga a partir de la densidad se aplicará la fórmula de Richmond: % ESD = 250(D - 1) + 0.2 X G + 0.14 Convenciones ESD: Extracto seco desengrasado D: Densidad de la leche a 15/15º C. G Porcentaje de materia grasa m/m en la leche.

Parágrafo

Cuando se disponga de termolactodensimetros diferentes al calibrado a 15/15ºC. se tendrán en cuenta las equivalencias de acuerdo con las tablas aprobadas al efecto por el Ministerio de Salud.
