° Cuanto el material de propagación de plantas que desee introducir, esté designado a las estaciones experimentales, o por su misma índole exigía un rápido transporte, El Ministerio de la Economía Nacional acordará la necesaria decisión, previa la respectiva solicitud de las personas interesadas en la introducción al material a que se refiere este artículo.
