Decreto 3072 de 1968 · Por el cual se reorganiza la Carrera de Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional

Los gastos de inhumación de los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional que fallezcan en Servicio Activo o en goce de Asignación de retiro o Pensión, serán cubiertos por el Tesoro Público, en cuantía que determine la Dirección General de la Policía.

Parágrafo

Cuando el Oficial o Suboficial de la Policía Nacional falleciere en el exterior, el Tesoro Público cubrirá los gastos de inhumación en dólares en la cuantía que determine el Ministerio de Defensa. Si a juicio de éste hubiere lugar al transporte e inhumación en el país, el Tesoro Público cubrirá los gastos respectivos.
