El día de la audiencia, el Subdirector del Protocolo irá en carruaje oficial al domicilio del Encargado de Negocios y lo conducirá al Ministerio, en donde lo recibirá el Director General del Protocolo, quien lo presentará al Ministro y al Secretario General de Relaciones Exteriores. El Encargado de Negocios entregará al señor Ministro la Carta original que lo acredita en su cargo.
