ARTICULO 2.1.2.1.30 . TASAS MAXIMAS DE INTERES. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 3º del Decreto 2206 de 1963, ningún banco podrá descontar, redescontar u obtener préstamos en el Banco de la República si cobrare en operaciones descontables, redescontables o admisibles en garantía de préstamos en dicho Banco una tasa mayor de la autorizada por la Junta Monetaria.
