Para poderse obtener el certificado de paz y salvo en las oficinas de Impuestos, será necesario acreditar previamente que el respectivo contribuyente no tiene deudas de plazo vencido por concepto del Impuesto sobre las Ventas si fuere responsable del pago de dicho gravamen de acuerdo con lo establecido por las normas que lo regulan.
