Para efectos de declarar vencidas una obligación en los casos de los artículos 4º y 11 de este Decreto, la Superintendencia Bancaria, a solicitud del Banco de la República, certificará el saldo a cargo del prestatario. La certificación de la Superintendencia prestará mérito ejecutivo en los mismos términos del artículo 1º de la Ley 133 de 1948.
