Los Notarios interesados en hacer parte del Consejo Superior deberán inscribir su candidatura hasta las cinco de la tarde (5:00 p. m.) del día 10 de noviembre de 2008, indicando: a) si es Notario de carrera; b) la categoría a la cual pertenece, y c) el nombre de su suplente con su respectiva aceptación mediante comunicación escrita dirigida a la Superintendente de Notariado y Registro.
