Cuando se trate de un matrimonio entre persona de nacionalidad colombiana y otra de Nacionalidad Alemana, o cuando el alemán tenga hijos colombianos, el porcentaje con que se grave el patrimonio del Alemán, según lo dispuesto en los artículos precedentes, se reducirá en un cincuenta por ciento (50%).
