Art. 25. El Ministerio de Guerra, por medio de resoluciones, decidirá todas las dudas ó dificultades que puedan presentarse en la ejecución y desarrollo del presente Decreto, el que, á excepción de lo referente á Recolectores de elementos de guerra, comenzará á regir el día 15 de Junio próximo, quedando derogadas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias. Comuníquese y publíquese.
