La enseñanza de la Instrumentación Quirúrgica Profesional solo podrá ser permitida a las instituciones autorizadas por el Gobierno Nacional para tal efecto. Las Instituciones que, a la fecha de promulgación de la presente ley, estén desarrollando programas técnicos o tecnológicos, podrán realizar los convenios pertinentes para garantizar la formación profesional.
