ART 126. De todo censo que pertenezca á una persona natural ó jurídica, sin cargo de restitución ó trasmisión y sin otro gravamen alguno, podrá disponer el censualista entre vivos ó por testamento, ó lo trasmitirá ab intestato, según las reglas generales.
