Esta suma se incluirá en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, y en caso de que ello no fuere posible, el Organo Ejecutivo reclamará su inclusión en la inmediatamente siguiente, quedando, además, facultado para abrir los créditos o hacer tas traslados necesarios.
