° Toda persona que posea licencia expedida de acuerdo con las leyes y decretos anteriores al presente, deberá presentarla, ante la respectiva Junta Seccional, con los demás documentos en virtud de los cuales ejerce la profesión, para que esta entidad dicte la resolución de revalidación, si fuere el caso, y la consulte con la Junta Central. Las Juntas Seccionales en ningún caso podrán expedir nuevas licencias ni podrán desconocer o anular las que han sido legalmente otorgadas.
