El auxilio decretado por el artículo 2o. de la Ley 47 de 1909 a los Departamentos de Tunja y San Gil para la construcción de la carretera del Carare, continuara pagándose a los Departamentos de Boyacá y Santander, y será desde la sanción de la presente Ley de $600 por cada kilómetro de banqueo y $ 600 para cada kilómetro de macadams que se construya.
