Liquidación del FONSE. Cumplido el propósito del FONSE, el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público podrá adoptar las medidas necesarias para liquidarlo siempre que se encuentre a paz y salvo con sus obligaciones. Los saldos existentes en el FONSE, al momento de la liquidación se reintegrarán a la Nación - Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
