° Los ciudadanos cuyas cédula fueron revisadas antes del 1° de abril de 1951, podrán presentarlas, por una sola vez, al Registrador del Municipio donde actualmente residan para que las inscriba en el censo de revisión. En este caso el Registrador, antes de dar de alta la cédula, deberá obtener el aviso de que ha sido dada de baja en el censo de revisión donde figuraba anteriormente. Esta disposición no se aplica respecto de las cédulas que se revisen dentro del plazo señalado en el artículo anterior.
