Honorarios en procesos de intervención. Los agentes interventores que deban agotar el procedimiento previsto en el artículo 10 del Decreto Legislativo 4334 de 2008, tendrán derecho al reconocimiento y pago de honorarios que constituyen la total y equitativa retribución del servicio.

PARÁGRAFO. Los parámetros de fijación de honorarios establecidos en la presente resolución constituyen el marco normativo aplicable al momento de reconocerlos y fijarlos en la respectiva providencia, respecto de las actuaciones de los agentes interventores.
