° Mientras subsista el estado de sitio, los delitos de competencia de la justicia penal militar y los adscritos a ella mediante el presente Decreto se investigarán y fallarán por el procedimiento de los consejos de guerra verbales, salvo los delitos enumerados en el artículo 590 del Código de Justicia Penal Militar, que continuarán investigándose y fallándose por el procedimiento especial allí previsto.
