Articulo Segundo. Las leyes a que se refiere el literal f) del Artículo 3° del decreto 291 de 1.963, podrán ser remplazadas por el nombre de AFIDRO (Asociación de Fabricantes de productos Farmacéuticos) o de cualquiera otra asociación de fabricantes de drogas que tenga personería jurídica, o el del titular de la licencia.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de salud Pública, por medio de Resolución, establecerá los requisitos que deberán llenar ante la Subdivisión de Drogas, Alimentos y Cosméticos, las asociaciones que puedan identificarse como productos o fabricantes para los efectos de este Artículo.
