Cuando Los vehículos importados por miembros del personal Diplomático acreditado o por las Misiones Diplomáticas lleguen a la capital de la República, el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, a solicitud del Jefe de Misión, otorgará placas diplomáticas especiales exentas de impuestos y extenderá la matrícula y tarjeta de propiedad correspondientes.
