Art. 14. El Ministro del Tesoro procederá á liquidar lo que se adeuda a los pensionados de la República por la parte pagable de sus respectivas pensiones, para los efectos del remate de esta deuda ordenado por la ley 87 de 1886 ; quedando cancelados los excedentes de dichas pensiones ó sea la parte diferida en virtud del prorrateo á que fueron sometidas al tenor de los artículos 29 y 30 de la ley 50 de 1879 , de los artículos 887 y 888 del Código Militar y del artículo 7º de la 14 de 1882.
