Article 63

Si El Aspirante Obtuviere Nota Inferior Al 60% En Una O Más Materias, No Podrá Ingresar Al Curso, Pero Tendrá Una Segunda Oportunidad De Ingreso A Uno De Los Cursos Siguientes, Siempre Y Cuando Que Aprobaren Los Exámenes Respectivos

Si el aspirante obtuviere nota inferior al 60% en una o más materias, no podrá ingresar al Curso, pero tendrá una segunda oportunidad de ingreso a uno de los Cursos siguientes, siempre y cuando que aprobaren los exámenes respectivos.

Parágrafo

Cuando en los exámenes de ingreso un Oficial perdiere una o más materias con nota inferior al 60% y por tanto no pudiere ingresar al Curso, para la segunda oportunidad a que se refiere el presente artículo deberá presentar nuevamente todas las materias motivo del examen, aun cuando en las primeras pruebas hubiere aprobado una o varias de éstas.
