ARTICULO 108 . El Armador está obligado a registrar en dicha Libreta, en el folio respectivo, los períodos de faenas efectivas de pesca en cada buque, contratados mediante la anotación de las fechas de zarpe y de entrada del buque a puerto después de cada faena registrando el resto de información correspondiente y firmando en la columna respectiva cada una de dichas faenas en el mar.
