ARTICULO 17. Inamovilidad del Contralor y del Personero . El Contralor y el Personero que ejerzan el cargo en propiedad sólo podrán ser suspendidos o removidos antes del vencimiento de su periodo por sentencia judicial o decisión de la Procuraduría General de la Nación.
