Decreto 2308 de 1998 · por el cual se designa al Gerente General de la Red de Solidaridad Social como Delegado del Presidente de la República ante el Comité Tripartito integrado por la Mesa Regional del Magdalena Medio de Trabajo Permanente por la Paz, el Consorcio de Desarrollo y Paz del Magdalena Medio y el Gobierno Nacional.
