Art. 13. Los derechos de registro de sentencias aprobatorias de particiones se pagarán íntegros en el lugar en donde se hubiere seguido el respectivo juicio, aunque por causa de la situación de los bienes deban registrarse en varias oficinas de registro. La misma regla se aplicará respecto del pago de derecho de registro por escrituras de particiones extrajudiciales, y respecto de todas aquéllas en que se disponga mutación del dominio ó gravámenes sobre bienes raíces correspondientes á distintos círculos de registro.
