° Una vez formado el censo de que trata el artículo 3°, la Junta, previo estudio de las documentaciones que se le hayan presentado, y de los datos e informaciones que con respecto a ellas haya allegado, procederá a determinar si los solicitantes tienen derecho o no al auxilio y, en caso afirmativo, fijará proporcionalmente su cuantía por medio de resoluciones motivadas.

Decreto 1048 de 1946 · por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 92 de 1945, en cuanto concede un auxilio a los damnificados pobres por el incendio ocurrido en Manzanares (Caldas) el año de 1945, afectados en bienes distintos de edificios o habitaciones, y para la reconstrucción de la iglesia parroquial y casa cural de la misma ciudad.
