Artículo diez y ocho. El ofendido presentará con la querella la prueba formal de la calumnia o injuria. Cuando por la índole de la forma de divulgación empleada, o por las circunstancias personales del ofendido, éste no pudiere presentar la prueba mencionada, o la presentare deficientemente, el Juez, de oficio o a solicitud del interesado, dispondrá los medios para allegarla. El ofendido podrá acompañar a la querella o a la demanda de parte civil, todas las pruebas que estimare conducentes sobre los perjuicios civiles que se le hubieren ocasiona.
