Transitorio. Para la constitución del primer Consejo Directivo del Instituto de Seguros Sociales, las organizaciones de que tratan los artículos 1°, 2 y 3° del presente Decreto deben presentar las ternas de candidatos, dentro de los quince (15) días calendario siguientes a la fecha del oficio a que se refiere el artículo 6°.
