º El artículo 4º, del Decreto 1672 de 1985, quedará así: El Presidente de la República hará la designación de representantes principal y suplente de los Jubilados y empleados del Congreso con base en las listas de las personas que tengan el carácter de tales. Las listas respectivas deberán ser enviadas por el Director General del Fondo de Previsión Social del Congreso de la República, por conducto del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
