º. El presente decreto regula la autorización y la ordenación del pago de prestaciones y obligaciones laborales a cargo de Puertos de Colombia reconocidas por la misma Empresa o por Foncolpuertos, y el reconocimiento y ordenación del pago de las que sean reclamadas al Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social por los ex trabajadores de Puertos de Colombia.
