Modifíquese El Parágrafo 1° Del Artículo 2

Decreto 991 de 2018 · Por el cual se modifica parcialmente el Decreto Único Reglamentario 1074 de 2015 en diversas materias relacionadas con los procesos concursales.

Modifíquese el

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 2.2.2.11.7.3 del Decreto Único Reglamentario 1074 de 2015, que quedará así: “

Parágrafo 1

Las reglas previstas en este artículo no serán aplicables cuando la solicitud conjunta de apertura de procesos de insolvencia no haya sido presentada en los términos de los artículos 2.2.2.14.1.3 y 2.2.2.14.1.4 de este decreto. Con todo, tales reglas serán aplicables siempre que se trate de la designación de un promotor único”.
