Gratuidad de la información para la gestión catastral. De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 1° del Decreto número 235 de 2010, los requerimientos de información que realicen los gestores catastrales para el ejercicio del servicio público catastral, no constituyen servicio y no generan costo alguno al solicitante. La entrega de información al gestor catastral durante el empalme previsto en el artículo 2.2.2.5.4 del Decreto número 1983 de 2019 será gratuita.
