Los establecimientos hoteleros que se construyan, remodelen o ensanchen en las actuales intendencias y comisarías o en las que se creen en el futuro, contarán con tres (3) puntos adicionales en el otorgamiento de los Certificados de Desarrollo Turístico por un período de cinco (5) años contados a partir de la fecha de vigencia del presente Decreto.
