Art. 10. Las referidas guías serán extraídas de un registro con talón, y, además de las circunstancias prevenidas en el artículo anterior, contendrán el nombre del individuo á cuyo favor se expidan ; la fecha de la expedición, el número que le corresponda en orden cardinal no interrumpido, y la constancia de haberse pagado el impuesto. En el talón se harán las mismas anotaciones, y al pie de él firmará el recibo el solicitante.
