º Con el fin de integrar la operación plana de los Fondos Regionales de Capitalización Social en el plazo más breve posible, el Gobierno Nacional a solicitud de los fondos hecha a través del Consejo nacional Coordinador de los mismos, podrá adelantar las fechas para la inscripción de los empleadores y la liquidación y consignación de las cesantías.
