De las deliberaciones y decisiones de la Junta Directiva se dejará constancia en un libro especial de actas, cada una de las cuales deberá ser firmada por quien presida la reunión, y el Secretario, y cuyas copias darán fe cuando sean expedidas y autenticadas por dicho Secretario. El libro de actas se registraran en la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá.
