El personal de las Reservas Naval Voluntaria y Secundaria, al ser llamado al servicio activo, tiene derecho a un auxilio pagadero por el Tesoro Público, equivalente a un mes del último sueldo devengado por cada año que haya permanecido en actividad, cuando no tenga otra prestación por esta misma causa. Respecto a las fracciones de años servidos, se liquidaran proporcionalmente al auxilio de cesantía.
