Incumplimiento de las normas de carrera . El incumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este decreto será causal para que el Procurador General de la Nación, como responsable de la administración y vigilancia de la carrera de los empleados públicos de la Procuraduría General de la Nación, declare sin efecto total o parcialmente el concurso según el caso.
