De igual manera se redescontará, en los mismos términos del artículo 1°, los créditos destinados a financiar empresas de acuicultura, aspersión aérea, de arrendamiento de maquinaria agrícola y de construcción de obras para el aprovechamiento de aguas, a nivel predial o veredal, que no tengan acceso a otras líneas institucionales de crédito de fomento.
