Asimismo, el diferencial cambiario establecido por el artículo 28 de la ley 1a. de 1959, podrá dedicarlo, total o parcialmente, al Fondo Nacional del Café para la amortización del saldo de la deuda a que se refiere este artículo, en las condiciones y requisitos que se establezcan en el contrato respectivo.
