El artículo 5º del Decreto 2968 de 1960 quedará así: La Junta Directiva será integrada por cinco (5) Directores, dos (2) de ellos elegidos por los tenedores de libretas de ahorro e inversión y dos (2) por la respectiva o respectivas empresas. Los cuatro (4) Directores así elegidos designarán por mayoría el quinto (5º). Si tales directores, dentro del mes siguiente a su elección, no hicieren la designación, lo hará el Presidente de la Comisión Nacional de Valores.
