Art. 11. El empresario de colonización procederá a hacer levantar el plano de los terrenos que hayan de corresponderle de conformidad con esta ley, y tomando por base los resultados que arroje el acta de que habla el artículo anterior. Para esto, como para la práctica de las adjudicaciones provisional y definitiva, se seguirán, hasta donde sean racionalmente aplicables, las formalidades establecidas por la ley para la adjudicación de baldíos a cambio de títulos de concesión.
