º . El Intra elaborará cada año las tablas con los valores correspondientes de que trata el artículo 53 de la Ley 14 de 1983, dentro de los tres (3) primeros meses de cada año. Cuando en la tabla no figuren vehículos de una marca o modelo determinado, la solicitud de tasación del valor comercial deberá ser respondido dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a su radicación. Las tablas que elabore el Intra en desarrollo de este artículo, regirán para el mismo año.
