Presentación voluntaria. Cuando el interno fugado se presentare voluntariamente dentro de los tres primeros días siguientes a la evasión, la fuga se tendrá en cuenta únicamente para efectos disciplinarios en cuyo caso se impondrá la sanción de suspensión de redención de pena hasta por ciento veinte (120) días.
