Auxíliase con la suma de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000) anualmente cada uno de los colegios de señoritas y varones que actualmente funcionan en la misma población, con destino a la reconstrucción y mejoras de sus respectivos edificios, los que serán invertidos de acuerdo con una Junta integrada por el Párroco, el Alcalde, el Personero Municipal y los Directores de dichos establecimientos.
